Our Story
Fullreal is an independent AI lab and advisory practice. We were founded on a straightforward observation: enterprises don't struggle to start AI projects — they struggle to finish them. The bottleneck is rarely the model. It's the absence of an operating model underneath: a way to aggregate demand, a governance path that ends in "yes," a workforce equipped to change how it works, and a partner bench that doesn't need to be re-evaluated every quarter.
We build that layer, and we stay through the part where it starts working.
A note on where we've been. Fullreal was founded in 2023. For the two years that followed, our founder was engaged full-time as Chief Strategy Officer at AI Collaborator, an enterprise AI enablement platform, taking Fortune 500 AI programs from pilot to production — 90% of them reaching production within six months. That engagement is what sharpened the method described on this site, and it is why this practice is relaunching in 2026 rather than starting from scratch. AI Collaborator remains a strategic partner.
We're deliberately small. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who does the work. That constrains how much we take on, and it's the reason we'd rather tell you where we stop than sell you a bench we don't have.
Founder Bio
Kirk Felbinger is the founder of Fullreal, an independent AI lab and advisory practice. From 2024 to 2026, he was Chief Strategy Officer at AI Collaborator, where Fortune 500 AI programs reached production at a 90% rate within six months. Before that, he spent twenty years building enterprise platforms at Equinix, PayPal, Zayo and VeriSign — including the self-service platform and APIs that grew into a $1B business — and holds five US patents in AI/ML, predictive analytics and digital experience. He served seven years as a US Navy officer and chief engineer, and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
